Our cocktail lobster claws are culled from 1 ¾ to 2-lb. hard-shell lobsters and packed with sweet meat. Lobster claws are scored for easy access.

We hand-select only the finest quality live hard-shell Maine lobsters. Our lobsters are taken fresh off the fishing boats of local lobster fishermen. Remember these are fresh hard-shell lobsters. Maine lobster tails are best enjoyed the day your receive them. Lobster tales can be kept refrigerated for up to 2 more days or frozen for up to a month.

Lobster tails can be cut in half lengthwise, left whole, or sliced into medallions. Serve chilled or use for superb lobster rolls, salads or your dish of choice. Serve warm, simply sauté or warm up in oven or grill.

Made in small batches by a local York, Maine lobsterman, each 5 oz tail is is stuffed with lobster meat, Ritz crackers, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, and drizzled with lemon butter. 2 Tails per pack.

Tails are vacuum packed and flash frozen. Just bake and serve. Lobster tails can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
