"I am the lady you called last week regarding substituting the shrimp cocktail and crab stuffed shrimp for the crab cakes. First of all I want to tell you how much I appreciated you taking the time to actually call and then for being so patient while I tried to decide what to do. THAT IS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So rare these days. It was so refreshing. THANK YOU! But the best thing of all was Sunday evening when I got a phone call from my nephew and he was going on and on about how delicious everything was and how he couldn't believe the size of the shrimp cocktail, bacon wrapped scallops, or the stuffed shrimp.
