Wondering where your order is?
Check your email. The day your order ships, you will receive a shipment alert with a tracking number. You will be able to click on the link to see exactly where your order is. If this is a gift, you will be notified via email when your package is received.

When do you deliver?
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. No delivery on Monday or Sunday. You can expect your package delivered by 3 p.m. or earlier to most US addresses, (by 4:30 p.m. for some remote areas). Saturday delivery will arrive by 12:00 noon or earlier. Remember you can track your package. Your best plan is to set a dinnertime for your seafood order, or if you must, properly store your seafood the day before your event. Major holidays and weather conditions may change delivery availability.

Where do you deliver?
LobsterAnywhere.com ships strictly to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus some areas in Alaska and Hawaii for an additional charge. Shipments to international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) are unavailable. All packages must be delivered to a physical address. No PO Boxes please. Be sure all addresses are correct and include the recipienti's daytime phone number.

 

Can I change an order placed online?
Yes, click here to make corrections. Orders cannot be changed after 12:00 noon the day of delivery.

My password does not work/I cannot sign in?
Make sure that you are entering your user name and password exactly as when you registered. Please note that your username name and password are case sensitive. If you forgot your password please click "your account".

My Credit Card Keeps Getting Declined/I receive an error message?
If you are placing an on-line order for the first time, the system will verify that the billing address AND zip code match the ones that the credit card issuing institution has on file. This information is checked for your protection, and to prevent on-line credit card fraud. Even if the credit limit allows the purchase, your order will not be authorized unless the address verification checks out positive.

 

Our Guarantee
We want you to leave with a good taste in your mouth, and trust in your heart. All our products are guaranteed to be fresh and arrive in perfect condition. LobsterAnywhere.com guarantees your satisfaction. Because we are dealing with perishable seafood, in most cases we do not accept returns, but we will replace or give full credit for any product which you are not happy with. If the item of your choice is unavailable or does not meet our high standards for quality, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Refunds can only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. You must provide a complete shipping address and a valid shipping date to guarantee delivery of your fresh seafood. LobsterAnywhere.com will not be responsible for customer errors in ordering or address information. Damage due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, unattended packages or improper storage and handling voids our guarantee. LobsterAnywhere.com assumes no responsibility for orders picked up by customers after 5:30 p.m .

If you are sending our product as a gift to a third party, it will be your responsibility to inform that person of the delivery. Our packages are delivered without a signature requirement to prevent the package from going back to the delivery terminal and spoiling. Due to the perishable nature of our products we have provided handling and storing suggestions to ensure freshness.

LobsterAnywhere.com recommends that fresh seafood and live Maine lobster be prepared the same day. If you must keep them an additional day, you do so at your own risk. All claims must be made on day of delivery by calling 888-85-MAINE. No claims will be honored if not made on day of delivery. (We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe to be unfounded or fraudulent.)

 
Safe Ordering

We guarantee that each purchase you make at LobsterAnywhere.com will be 100% safe. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. LobsterAnywhere.com will cover that charge. LobsterAnywhere.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at LobsterAnywhere.com. In the unlikely event of fraudulent use, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. See Security & Privacy.

LobsterAnywhere.com offers our customers reward points for all of the purchases they made online. You will earn up to 2% of the merchandise price. The reward points will be issued to your online account after we shipped the products. The reward points can be applied toward the next online purchase of any products available in our online store. It's very simple. The more you buy the more reward points you earn! Reward points are not redeemable for cash and are non transferable.

 

Gift Certificates & Coupons
You may order gift certificates for Gift and Corporate Packages. Gift Certificates are sent via standard first class mail. Overnight delivery is available for $10. To order a gift certificate click on the gift certificate option on the specific package you want to send. Click here for more information.

To redeem a Gift Certificate or Coupon, simply key in the code number into the box "Gift Certificate or Coupon Code" before you complete your order.

Shipping

  • All our Seafood is delivered next-day air. We can ship same day orders if we receive them by 12:00 noon EST. Otherwise, your order will ship the next business day.
  • Available delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday. Sunday and Monday delivery is not available. Some rural areas may incur additional charges.
  • Saturday delivery is $12 additional and is not available in all areas.
  • All prices for gift and corporate packages include overnight shipping charges for Tuesday through Friday.
  • Shipping charges will be automatically added at checkout to seafood purchased by the pound in our Seafood Market using the following table:

    27 - 29 lbs = $70.00
    30 - 32 lbs = $75.00
    33 - 35 lbs = $80.00
    36 - 40 lbs = $85.00

  • Plan your day so that someone will be present to receive your package from the courier. Seafood left outside the door for an extended period or improperly handled/stored will not survive.
  • Couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Major holidays and weather conditions may change delivery availability.
 
Holiday Deadlines

We cannot deliver overnight packages on some major holidays or on Sunday or Mondays. However, we can have your package arrive early. If you're sending your package as a gift may we suggest sending a Gift Certificate. For important Christmas and New Years delivery information please click here.

Packaging
Never frozen, our premium seafood is packed fresh with icy-cold gel packs in our sturdy re-usable Styrofoam coolers. These containers provide temperature protection for your seafood and meat until they reach their final destination. Coolers are then packed in our distinctive LobsterAnywhere boxes, then shipped overnight to ensure freshness.

Handling Considerations
Your seafood is best-enjoyed day of delivery. Unpack your lobsters and place in refrigerator and cover with a damp cloth or newspaper until cooking. Lobster will live for 12-24 hours in this environment. Do not immerse lobster in fresh water or allow sitting in melted ice. Do not remove wooden pegs or rubber bands until after lobsters have been cooked. Cooked lobster may also be kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or 5 degrees C for up to two days.
