Scallops are a joy to prepare because they cook so quickly and are so versatile. Our large, premium quality scallops are dry--we don't add moisture or other additives like those commonly found in store bought scallops--so they retain thier flavor and do not shrink when cooked. Shucked and cleaned, then packed for your cooking convenience.

There are approximately 10-12 scallops per pound. In the trade the count size in known as U10.
