Why Choose Our Lobster Cocktail Claws
- 6–8 large claws per pound: Generous portions for appetizers, seafood platters, and entertaining
- Easy to serve: The lower shell is removed, so no cracking tools are needed
- Fully cooked: Simply thaw and serve chilled or gently warmed
- Flash-frozen: Frozen soon after processing to preserve flavor and texture
- Processed in Maine: Prepared and packed with care

Fully Cooked and Ready to Serve
The tough lower shell has already been removed, making the claws easy to handle and serve. Thaw them under cold water for 8–10 minutes, arrange them over ice, and add lemon, drawn butter, or cocktail sauce.
How to Defrost Lobster Claws
Your claws ship frozen over dry ice to help protect their quality in transit.
Refrigerator method: Place the sealed claws in the refrigerator in the morning, and they should be thawed by dinner. This gentle method helps preserve their texture.
Quick cold-water method: Keep the claws in a sealed bag and place them in a bowl of cold water. They should be ready to serve in about 8–10 minutes.
Avoid these thawing methods:
- Do not thaw at room temperature
- Do not use hot water, which can begin cooking the meat
- Do not microwave the claws to thaw them
Once thawed, the claws are ready to eat. No additional cooking is required.
How to Serve Lobster Claws
These claws are already fully cooked. Serve them chilled over ice with fresh lemon wedges, drawn butter, and cocktail sauce. If you prefer them warm, heat them only until warmed through to keep the meat tender.
How to Reheat Lobster Claws

For the best texture, use gentle heat and serve the claws as soon as they are warm.
Oven method:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Place the claws on aluminum foil and add a few drops of water
- Wrap the foil tightly and place it on a baking sheet
- Warm for 5–10 minutes, just until heated through
- Serve with melted butter, lemon, and fresh herbs
Microwave method:
- Wrap the claws in a damp paper towel
- Heat in 30-second intervals at 50% power
- Check after each interval and stop when the claws are just warm
Other gentle options:
- Light steam: Steam for 2–3 minutes, just until warm
- Warm-water bath: Place the sealed claws in warm, not hot, water for 3–4 minutes
Avoid overheating, which can make the meat tough.
