Lobster Claws New Catch Just in!From the cold waters of the North Atlantic, our cocktail lobster claws are the biggest of the season. Lobster claws are culled from1 ¾ to 2-lb. hard-shell lobsters and packed with sweet meat. Lobster claws are scored for easy access.

Claws are pre-cooked and individually quick-frozen. There are approximately 7-8 claws per pound. Serve chilled with fresh lemon for over-the-top appetizers, or gently steam 5-7 minutes for a decadent dinner. And don't forget the melted butter.

These are absolutely the best. I am from Maine but am a military wife and we ended up retiring in Florida. Being able to order from these folks is amazing. Everything is always great!
