Brandied Lobster ravioli is made in small batches in a local farm kitchen in Hollis, N.H. Winners of Best of NH Local Fresh Ravioli. You'll see and taste sweet, fresh lobster meat in every bite. Fresh pressed pastas are made with natural semolina flour.
All-Natural Ingredients: Maine lobster, leaks, pasteurized egg, soft wheat flour, cream cheese, ricotta, carrot, shallot, bread crumbs, brandy, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, sea salt and cracked black pepper. Perfect for any special occasion just add a butter sauce or your favorite cream sauce.
Cooking: Bring 6 quarts of water to a full boil, add frozen ravioli, stir gently. Once they float, cook 2-3 minutes more minutes. Drain, transfer to bowl, toss with sauce and serve.
Pair with a Lemon Butter & Parmigiano Sauce:
1. Simmer lemon juice and white wine with minced shallots and garlic.
2.Reduce by 3/4. Remove from heat and whisk in butter and a drop or two of Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces.
3. Finish with Parmesan and green onion.
