5 out of 5 stars Maine Steamer Clams 05/14/2011
Reviewer: A viewer from Pacific North West
We loved how fresh the clams were when they arrived...still cold and alive after delivery from Maine to Washington state. In hindsight, after realizing these clams were different from what we were used to here on the West Coast, it would have been nice to have more instruction on how to process these soft-shell clams (i.e. written, perhaps even a video link). No worries, we ended up making our killer baked clam dip with my mother-in-laws recipe and enjoyed every tasty, clammy bite!
